Hoping to make your time with our class most efficient, these are what participants are encouraged
to follow:

     
We require participants to respect their appointment and be punctual. Any wishes in changing appointments due to unexpected circumstances should be informed in advance at least 4-5 days. Please note that we do not take responsibility for participants not being on time.

We do not take walk-ins and unscheduled studio activities. Please make appointments to attend our workshops or for studio day rentals at least a couple of days in advance, so we can best accommodate your studio experience.

If you are coming in to finish your work or glazing, please make appointments and arrive before 2 pm.

Please take to heart that our teachers prepare space and equipment, including their time to accommodate each scheduled appointment in keeping a desirable workspace and avoiding overcrowding. Therefore, having mutual respect for our schedule is highly appreciated.

 

All of our class participant’​s work pieces can be stored at our studio no over 3 months, starting from the day of the class. Any pieces that are stored over 3 months in our studio will be discarded from our storage.
 

Our classes are also treated as a co-working space. Keeping low voices is much appreciated with respect to others who need concentration while working. We take caution on not touching or handling the works of others in the studio and keep a mutual consideration working environment.

 

 

Participants are to clean up after themselves after classes.
